The discussion into creating an agile balanced scorecard was insightful. Furthermore, the emphasis on sustainability was powerful—it is here to stay, and the earlier we adopt it, the better. The explanation of how sustainability feeds into agile finance transformation was excellent. Overall, this was a very practical training course.
