Equal Opportunity

As a world-class training provider, AZTech is committed to providing fair, equal access to its courses and assessments — for every delegate, at every stage, through to completion of an AZTech course or third-party qualification.

This policy exists to ensure that every delegate, and every organisation we work with, is treated fairly and equally — regardless of gender, colour, ethnic or national origin, age, marital status, disability, family circumstances, or socio-economic background. AZTech complies with all applicable legislation designed to prevent unfair discrimination and protect equal opportunity, and this policy is reviewed as that legislation evolves.

How we put this into practice

In the design and delivery of our courses and assessments, AZTech commits to:

  • Give every delegate a fair, equal opportunity to reach their full potential, while safeguarding the integrity of the training itself
  • Remove unnecessary barriers to achievement — including access, assessment of training needs, reasonable adjustments, and special consideration
  • Guarantee fair assessment for every candidate, including those with specific assessment requirements
  • Apply equal opportunity legislation appropriately wherever in the world a course is delivered, accounting for local legal variation

Wherever appropriate, AZTech makes reasonable adjustments and special consideration for delegates and partner organisations undertaking its courses. Delegates with specific requirements are supported directly by our Customer Service team at AZTech's Head Office, alongside On-Site Coordinators and Company Representatives available throughout every course and event. Both our website and our corporate contact channels connect delegates, partner organisations, and accrediting bodies directly with AZTech's senior consultants worldwide.

AZTech reviews its staff's commitment to equality and diversity on an ongoing basis.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Interest

AZTech, together with its Course Partners and Instructors, retains intellectual property rights over its courses and course content. Where a Course Partner or Instructor contributes financially or otherwise to the development of a programme, the copyright ownership, financial interest, and consulting relationship involved are clearly set out in the agreement for that specific course or seminar.

In advance of every learning event, AZTech and its instructors disclose any proprietary interest in products, instruments, devices, services, or materials referenced during the course, along with the source of any third-party compensation connected to that session.

Where intellectual property rights need to be defined between AZTech and a Course Partner or Instructor, this is done by mutual written agreement — with all content properly licensed, acquired, and used in line with that agreement and the rights of its original holder.
