This course has extended my view on CCUS, as it is a totally complex business that needs to be studied thoroughly.
The topics are easier to grasp, perhaps because it is an easier subject to comprehend than carbon storage; aside from that, providing time for case studies is a good way for us to understand actual case backgrounds, challenges, and weaknesses.
I managed to understand the material better and, most importantly, I have started to learn how to pick the right questions. The topics were highly relevant to my day-to-day job responsibilities and provided additional information that I need to adjust my existing work processes. Furthermore, some of the content served as an eye-opener regarding matters to be looked into once we dive into CCS technology.
This course is very detailed and insightful, emphasizing that carbon capture is here to stay and must be embraced with full force into the education of our country. Carbon capture storage is a course that technically puts one's mind on a scale, and I truly learned a lot about CCUS and am happy that I participated. I especially enjoyed the videos, particularly those of Holcim and Heidelberg, as Heidelberg is our cement maker in Ghana.
The session was comprehensive and in-depth regarding the topic, and while it was quite complex to grasp information beyond carbon itself since the subject is new to me, it truly opened my mind to the holistic picture of carbon matters. I learned more about various topics related to carbon and gained a deeper understanding by comparing companies that control carbon emissions and sustainability. Overall, the delivery was very insightful, and I am looking forward to the next session with the instructor.
It was an excellent training delivery with the instructor, covering various aspects of leadership development and providing a comprehensive learning experience. Throughout the session, participants explored the leadership development curriculum, focusing on leadership traits, democratic leadership styles, and hybrid leadership models. The training delved into key topics such as change management and the role of a change agent, the Mehrabian Rule, the concept of the Emotional Bank Account, and personality profiling. Additionally, the delivery provided valuable insights into design thinking, resulting in a very successful and informative program.
