The course is structured around the current PMI examination content outline, covering all three examination domains — Business Environment, Process, and People — across the five days. Content reflects the current exam's balance between predictive, agile, and hybrid project management approaches, ensuring delegates are prepared for the full range of question types and scenarios they will encounter in the examination.  

The current PMP examination is heavily scenario-based testing how candidates apply knowledge to realistic project situations rather than recalling definitions. This course addresses that directly through scenario-based discussion and application-focused content throughout every day, helping delegates develop the situational judgement to identify the most appropriate PMI-aligned response across complex, multi-option examination questions.  

Day 4 focuses on the People domain, covering leadership skills, collaborative team environment creation, team empowerment, performance support, stakeholder communication and collaboration, conflict management, and training and development. The People domain represents a significant proportion of the current PMP examination, and this course gives it the dedicated attention it deserves, helping delegates develop the leadership and interpersonal knowledge that many experienced project managers underestimate in their examination preparation.  

The current PMP examination tests knowledge across predictive, agile, and hybrid project management contexts, and this course prepares delegates for all three. Agile concepts including team empowerment, iterative planning, ongoing improvement, and adaptive change management are woven throughout the relevant domain sessions, ensuring delegates can apply project management knowledge appropriately regardless of the delivery approach presented in examination scenarios.  

Day 3 covers project planning comprehensively across all planning domains tested in the PMP examination, including scope definition, schedule development, resource planning, budget development, risk management, quality planning, and integrated plan development. Delegates develop the structured planning knowledge that the examination tests, with a focus on how planning principles apply across both predictive and agile project contexts.  

Project and phase closure, benefits realisation, and knowledge transfer are covered within Day 5 as part of the closing domain. Delegates develop the structured understanding of what closure requires in both predictive and agile contexts, how benefits realisation is validated and documented, and how knowledge transfer is managed to support organisational learning and future project performance.
