The course was very interesting and engaging. Something that struck was that the examples the facilitator used actually hit home. I have attended trainings where even after the initial introductions and letting the facilitator know I am from the public sector, he ends up giving examples focused on sales and profits. This is different!
The best part of the training is that it matches my company way of working, at the end of the day I will get more knowledge about probable solution. Very productive training session. I guess I have learned a lot
