This extensive 10-day AZTech training course covers a broad range of key skills, competencies and knowledge that will enable HR Professionals and Line Managers to meet the demands of a fast changing, international and highly competitive business environment. The training course will provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to make a valuable contribution to the success and continued effectiveness of the HR function and the Organisation itself. The subjects covered enable practitioners to be up-to-date with the latest thinking and approaches.  It will provide an ‘MBA level’ experience in terms of content, instruction, discussion, and team exercises.

The employment relationship and the psychological contract have dramatically altered this century and the development of a radically different form of leadership and management away from control and command to a transformative and collaborative approach means that the Human Resource function must offer a very different proactive service.  Employees now have different expectations of the workplace and expect not just ‘fairness’ but also learning, skills enhancement and career development. The emphasis placed on employee empowerment, engagement and personal development has resulted in a growth in the use of coaching, mentoring and development activities in workplaces worldwide. The changes mean that all Human Resource professionals must be adept at soft skills such as communication, empathy, motivation, building trust and good relationships but also the hard skills of metrics and analytics.  Practitioners also need to understand human psychological processes, the basics of neuroscience and an understanding of human development.
