Pourquoi choisir cette formation ?

This course will be an interesting venture into understanding Control Measures as “Barriers” and relating this back to Risk Assessment, Accident causation and Accident Prevention. This is achieved through a series of case studies and syndicate exercises. The course will help you to understand the role of people in causing incidents and also in mitigating the effects of failure and in preventing incidents.

The course is interactive and builds on some simple concepts and models to give delegates the confidence to bring about changes and improvements in their workplace.

This course provides delegates with the skills and knowledge to successfully analyse new and existing risk control measures and conduct effective incident analysis. The course will show delegates how they can evaluate, determine and implement effective risk control measures to prevent serious incident occurring and/or re-occurring.

In course will feature:

  • Syndicate exercises in risk assessment
  • Understanding how accident have happened and continue to happen
  • Developing the risk assessment into accident prevention
  • Developing case studies into proactive safety management
