Taking pride in its commitment to uphold Quality Assured Training, AZTech overhauled one of its performant courses; Le chef d'équipe efficace. The outline of the training course has been redefined to embed contemporary theories and practices in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry to cohesively pattern its structure with the ever evolving and continuously progressing training requisites.
The newly reconstructed training course will present a bird’s eye view while concurrently breaking down the intricate sub surfaces of the multi-faceted role of a Shift Team Leader in uplifting the quality of personal, interpersonal and operational functioning in a composite setting.
