This training course comprising three modules, offers managers the opportunity to develop skills required at senior level to run successful businesses. Module 1 focuses on financial management, including risks and governance. Module 2 addresses leadership from strategy development to leading change across different cultures. Module 3 is focused on project finance for every stage from appraisal to evaluation. Delegates may choose between attending all modules or selecting those most relevant to their development needs.
