So, what can we do to anticipate a shortfall in service delivery standards, and arm ourselves with the tools we need to reduce the chances of failure? And how can we use these tools effectively – whether in the field of construction, the supply of equipment and materials, or in the delivery of services, to get a failing contract back on track?
This highly participative one-day online training event will help any participant who is planning a new contract, or is managing existing contracts, to consider the use of a performance framework within the contract to measure and manage supplier performance.
