I really enjoyed the class because it was practical and addressed most of my communication challenges and how they can be addressed. Furthermore, the notification point of today’s session was identifying what demotivates and motivates employees. This will help us manage them better as well as get the best out of them. I found the McClelland’s motivational needs really interesting and relevant. It was absolutely amazing!
