Do you have what it takes to become a Risk Management Professional?

Do you have what it takes to become a Risk Management Professional?

In today’s fast-moving, high-risk world, it is more important than ever to know how to effectively manage risk.

This year, AZTech have introduced a new course tailored specifically for those who want to become certified risk management professionals. The course is designed to prepare delegates for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) globally recognised Risk Management Professional (RMP) exam.

The course material is based on the latest edition of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) guidebook and features a selection of PMI-RMP exam questions. In addition to this, the course provides delegates with an opportunity to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice through a number of project risk management exercises and simulated risk event sessions.

This course will give delegates the confidence to not only take and pass the PMI-RMP exam, but also to apply what they have learned and show real improvement in the way their projects are delivered.

Key features of the course include:

  • A thorough review of the project risk management process groups.
  • In-depth studies of the project risk management knowledge areas and steps.
  • Understanding and developing risk management plans in accordance with the PMBOK® Guide and PMI’s Risk Management Standard.
  • Review and hands-on practice with sample test questions, problems and practical exercises supporting risk identification, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, risk response planning and control.
  • Review and use of recognised risk management tools and techniques.
  • The RMP® application and testing process and completing a full RMP® practice test.
